About Rony
Rony Zakaria is a photographer based in Indonesia. He studied photography at Antara Gallery of Photojournalism for a year. His work has been published in major publications in Indonesia and worldwide, including Time Asia, BBC Indonesia, Monocle, Asian Geographic, Tempo and The Jakarta Post. He was the recipient of FAO Photographic Grant in 2008 and Mochtar Lubis Award Grant for Investigative Reporting in 2009.
